Whatever God says has already been done and concluded in heaven. A man who knows God takes His word for the reality and acts based on it; this is the work required to create them on the earth.
Like Noah, when God says a thing to you, believe it and act on it-that is what faith is.
Faith is total trust in the lord God. Faith does not mean there are no doubts, faith always overcomes doubts. Faith is that force that makes you believe only the report of the Lord in the midst of contradicting reports.
Faith is not just a means to an end; faith is a means and an end. The just shall live by faith (see Rom 1:17)-that is how we live, we live lives that are controlled by faith in God; we do not let our senses (flesh) determine our actions but our spirits; we walk by faith and not by sight.
Faith is spiritual, doubt and fear is fleshly. Everything that we receive from God is through faith or because of faith. We are not to go seeking faith so that we can make things happen, that is the wrong way to go about it. We are to seek faith because that is the only way we can link with God. Faith is like a connecting pipe between God and man. Without faith it is impossible to please God (see Heb 11:6).
Go into today knowing that God has made sufficient grace available for you to walk in all the measures of faith you will need for life and godliness. Have a grace filled day in Jesus name.
Prayer: thank you father for your grace. I pray that I walk by faith and not be controlled by my senses, in Jesus name. Amen
