GOD IS JUDGE

🎧Audio Devotional & Bible here☞ http://bit.ly/audio1262

Psalm 23:5 (KJV)
Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.

Chukwuma had the habit of always praying that his enemies must 'fall down and die'. He prayed this prayer in ignorance because he did not understand that God is powerful enough to bless him despite his enemies. He did not know that our God is powerful enough to set a table before him in the presence of his enemies.

When God opened his eyes, he saw that the reason he was not walking in the fullness of his blessing was because his heart was filled with hate. God wanted to promote him and humiliate his enemies with his blessing, but all his spiritual energy was focused on eliminating his enemies rather than receiving his blessing through Christ.

In the new covenant, we have been instructed not to judge, but leave judgment to God(see Matt 7:1, Rom 12:19). When you condemn your human enemy to death [by declaring that they should die], that is what it means to judge. Vengeance and judgment belongs to God. God’s judgment is sweeter and more just than any judgment you can pronounce on your enemy.

Go into today thanking God because He has prepared a table before you in the presence of your enemies. He is the one who increases you to overflow and your enemies can do nothing about it.
