Eph 2:9-10
Salvation is not a reward for the good things
we have done, so none of us can boast about it. 10 For we are God's
masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good
things he planned for us long ago.
God saved
you not because you were righteous but because He wants to make you righteous. This
is purely a function of His love for you. He selected you out of the multitude
of this world to be His own. there are good and great things that has packaged in
your destiny, there are wonderful things that God has planned for you to do on
the earth, you can only do these good and great things He planned when you have
been created anew in Christ; this is when we get the power to do these great
things. The secret therefore is abiding in Christ: remaining under His kingdom
and Lordship, and letting His unlimited power flow through you.
Prayer:
Heavenly father, thank you for this Day you have made, thank you for your love
for me. I pray lord that you give me wisdom to connect to this power you have
put within me, so to live the great life you have planned for me, in Jesus
name, amen.
