I WILL STILL REJOICE

Ps 16:5-9
Lord, you alone are my inheritance, my cup of blessing.
You guard all that is mine.
6 The land you have given me is a pleasant land.
What a wonderful inheritance!
7 I will bless the Lord who guides me;
even at night my heart instructs me.
8 I know the Lord is always with me.
I will not be shaken, for he is right beside me.
9 No wonder my heart is glad, and I rejoice.*
My body rests in safety.
NLT
Are you having a heavy heart? Are you wondering why the Joy is just no more there?
You need to encourage yourself in the lord and know that the Lord God is always with you. Things may not go the way you had wanted but you have to know that because the lord is with you He is the giver of your inheritance; He is the one who blesses you and because of the integrity of His person you will never be put to shame.
Sometimes it may look as if the lord is not responding to your cry and your situation, it may look as if the storm is going to swallow you, it may look as if you are in big trouble. What do you do at such times? You need to renew your confidence in the lord.  Praise Him for what He has done for you in the past; go down memory lane and remember the lords faithfulness. And then praise Him for what He is about to do. Praise and worship Him till you begin to feel the strength that comes from the joy of the lord. When your feel much better. You can then talk to him about your situation.
Go into today knowing that even the hair on your head are numbered and God will not let you fall because you are His beloved child
Prayer: My father in heaven. I thank you for this day you have made and for making me to see it. I thank you for my life and every unpleasant thing I go through. I ask for your grace to strengthen me and establish my feet. I ask that you fill me with rejoicing and victory. In Jesus name I pray. Amen
