1 John 3:2-3 (NKJV)
2 Beloved, now we are children of God; and it has not yet been revealed what we shall be, but we know that when He is revealed, we shall be like Him, for we shall see Him as He is.
3 And everyone who has this hope in Him purifies himself, just as He is pure.
Even until now, it has not yet been revealed to us what we would be. We have seen the powers of the age to come and we are still discovering it’s possibilities and applications. But what we know is that eyes have not seen, and ears have heard, and it has not come into the heart of man the things that God has purposed for those who love Him. His Spirit reveals these things to our spirits, but our minds and fleshly senses are too limited to understand these things. This I know: when we are like Him, we will literally own the entire universe in this dimension and other dimensions. These are the things that we get to inherit because we are joint hairs with Christ. I believe some people may control entire planets or even galaxies. Scientists are still discovering the extent of this universe, and there are parallel ones too.
Jesus didn’t mince words when he said 'what shall it profit a man if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul' (see Mark 8:36).
When you understand the riches stored up for you for the whole of eternity, you will understand why these few years of our time here on earth should not be allowed to hinder our glorious everlasting life in unimaginable riches and glory.
Anyone who understands this will keep himself Holy.
Go into today understanding this.
Ask the Holy Spirit to help you keep yourself Holy.
