WAITING ON GOD

LISTEN TO AUDIO

Matthew 15:32

"Then Jesus called his disciples unto him, and said, I have compassion on the multitude, because they continue with me now three days, and have nothing to eat: and I will not send them away fasting, lest they faint in the way". KJV

This verse, clearly explains Isaiah 40:31 "But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength.....” This implies that strength is drawn from waiting upon the Lord.

Waiting on God means continuing to trust and depend on Him alone, even though you have not yet seen the answer to your prayer.

God is our father, He knows what is good for us and will not let us go away hungry anytime we come to him; yes! He gives strength to fight temptation, wealth to confront poverty and lack, health instead of sickness, and a whole lot of good things to those who wait on Him.

Have you been waiting for so long? Don't be weary for your father in heaven is a compassionate God who will not overlook your patience and labor of love.

Go into today knowing that God will always attend to your needs whenever you truly wait on Him, He is compassionate and will not let you faint.

Prayer: thank you father for your compassion. A I wait upon you for my spiritual and physical needs, I pray you help me find strength and help in your name, in Jesus name I pray. Amen
