Matt 22:37-38
37 Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind. 38 This is the first and great commandment.

There is an organization called church of Satan; their members celebrate the fact that they will go to hell, that it’s more fun there-This is the devil’s deception.
The Fear of hell is ultimately not strong enough to keep us from going to hell; the power of sin is stronger than the fear of hell and that is why people are still living in sin despite their rich knowledge of hell.
Jesus and the apostles did not use the fear of hell to teach believers about the kingdom of God (it can be used at best to warn sinners of consequences). The only thing that is powerful enough to keep us from hell and keep us in the kingdom is the love and fear of God. This is why the first and greatest commandment is that we love the lord our God. A strong love and fear for God will keep you from hell.
Go into today determined to continue following Christ and be His witness in this world that is being enveloped by darkness. Light always overcomes darkness, you are the light if the world, and you are an overcomer always.
Prayer: thank you heavenly father for bringing me to this day. I pray dear lord that you help me walk in the constant knowledge of your presence in my life; that I might always love and fear you. In Jesus name I pray. Amen
