Rom 8:26
In the same way, the Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us with groans that words cannot express.

The Holy Spirit helps our weaknesses in that we are naturally weak through and because of the flesh. We cannot please God because of the flesh and that is why the Holy spirit helps us please God even though we still have flesh. For example, we do not know how well we ought to pray but the Holy helps our weakness in the place of prayer. We do not know how accurately or effectively we ought to pray but the spirit helps us such that our prayer is acceptable before God.
We cannot please God without the help of the spirit of Christ who has given us access into God’s kingdom and His eternal life.
Let there be a ‘Jesus loves me’ consciousness in you at all times and this will furnish a great working of the Holy spirits help in your life.
