Spiritual Maturity

1 Cor 3:1-4
Brothers, I could not address you as spiritual but as worldly — mere infants in Christ. 2 I gave you milk, not solid food, for you were not yet ready for it. Indeed, you are still not ready. 3 You are still worldly. For since there is jealousy and quarreling among you, are you not worldly? Are you not acting like mere men
NIV
What characterizes baby Christians is not how long they have been born again but how spiritual they are. When you still set your mind on the things of this world it means you are worldly.
The bible points out that they that set their minds on the things of this world are walking in the flesh, these are those who allow themselves to be controlled by the flesh and not by the spirit.
When your value is system is the same as that of the world then you are still a baby Christian.
When you arrive at walking in the spirit it also means you are being led by the spirit and this is the stage you get to and walk in great power from God.
God’s plan for you is for you to grow constantly and become great in the kingdom of heaven because this is only when you will be able to accurately fulfill all of His purposes for you.
