Jude 20-21
But you, dear friends, must build each other up in your most holy faith, pray in the power of the Holy Spirit,* 21 and await the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ, who will bring you eternal life. In this way, you will keep yourselves safe in God's love.

There is great power in praying in the Holy Ghost and this also helps you to build up yourself.
what it means to pray in the Holy Ghost is praying under the authority, control and in connection with the Holy Spirit. In this kind of prayer you will discover that He is the one leading you.
When you pray in the Holy Ghost you build up yourself and develop your spiritual muscles because you were made to function with the Holy Ghost. You were created by God from the beginning to live under the guidance of His spirit.
The Holy Spirit helps us in the place of prayer in that there is so much that He does for us in the place of prayer.
Go into today knowing that your prayers are more effective when prayed under the influence and power of the Holy Ghost.
