Ps 91:2-3
2 I will say of the Lord, He is my Refuge and my Fortress, my God; on Him I lean and rely, and in Him I [confidently] trust!
3 For [then] He will deliver you from the snare of the fowler and from the deadly pestilence.

There comes a time when you need to say to yourself that the lord and He alone is your refuge and your fortress. He is the one who protects and preserves you from the world and from danger. These are times when you look around and see that a lot may be going wrong around you. When there may begin to come the temptation of asking why. You need to encourage yourself in the lord and remind yourself of the reality; that because you dwell in the secret place of the most high, you are under His protection and there is absolutely nothing that can happen to you without God’s permission, all that can happen to you will only turn out for your good and favor. God will not allow anything that will not be for your good.
Go into today with a solid knowing that the Lord God of the heavens and the earth is your shield and protector.
