Rom 12:2
2 Don't copy the behavior and customs of this world, but let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think. Then you will learn to know God's will for you, which is good and pleasing and perfect.

We were born into this world with its customs and ways. We were born into a world filled with people, the majority of which tend to think in certain ways that might not bring glory to the lord God. The world is a pleasure seeking kingdom; it has self-pleasing customs with a culture characterized by selfishness. The kingdom of God is the kingdom that you are now in if indeed you have been born again. This kingdom is the most powerful kingdom in existence; every citizen of this great kingdom is to be a king and priest. This kingdom is a God pleasing kingdom with a culture characterized by selflessness and Holiness which is the nature of God.
Go into today knowing that you are a citizen of a superior kingdom and that the power of the most high God dwells within you and you are doing exploits for Him in this world. Go into today knowing that the inferior (kingdom of this world) should copy the superior (you who are in the kingdom of God) and not the other way round.
Prayer: dear lord, I thank you for today you have made for me to show forth your praises and populate your kingdom. I pray you bless me with the remembrance of who I am and the power I have everywhere, every time and under every situation. I pray this in Jesus mighty name. Amen
