Rom 12:1-2
And so, dear brothers and sisters,* I plead with you to give your bodies to God because of all he has done for you. Let them be a living and holy sacrifice—the kind he will find acceptable. This is truly the way to worship him.* 2 Don't copy the behavior and customs of this world, but let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think. Then you will learn to know God's will for you, which is good and pleasing and perfect.

God’s will for you is good and pleasing and perfect. It is one that will ultimately please you because God made you and knows what is best for you.
We offer our bodies to God by living our lives according to His word and will. We build our lives around the principles of the kingdom of God. When we do this it means that we will live righteous lives, we will do things that are peaceful and things that make for peace and our lives will be filled with joy that comes from the Holy Ghost.
You need to live with a fundamental mentality that your body is not your own but it belongs to the lord. You need to go about with a Holy Spirit consciousness that make you walk in His presence and completely surrender your body to the lord God. Please do not do things that you know will grieve the Holy Spirit that lives within you.
Prayer: dear heavenly father. I thank you for giving me a body that I can offer you. I ask that you receive my reasonable and humble sacrifice, that it will bring Joy to your heart dear God. In Jesus mighty name I pray. Amen
