I had a long discussion yesterday with Ayo my friend, we discussed at length about the grace of God and how grace empowers a Christian to live the victorious life. We agreed that many Christians do not really understand the grace of God because of religion and the deception of the devil.
Grace is the ability that God gives you to live a victorious blessed life that is above sin.
If one lives in law and sin consciousness, that person cannot live in the grace of God.
God chose and ordained you to live a life that is pleasing to Him by depending on Him to do this. You need to remember that the reason why you are made right with God is because of what Jesus Christ has done for you. He is the one who gives us access to the throne of God.
Go into today with the full assurance that you are God’s beloved child and the Spirit of Christ that testifies with your spirit that you are His child dwells within you. Do not let the devil sow any seed of legalism or self confidence in you. You are who you are because of Christ alone.
Prayer: Our dear heavenly father. We thank you for filling us with your grace and making us beneficiaries of your blessings. We pray o lord that we will lead lives that are victorious and glorious as we live and walk in you, in Jesus mighty name. Amen
