Ps 103:1-5
Let all that I am
praise the Lord;
with my whole heart, I
will praise his holy name.
2 Let all that I am
praise the Lord;
may I never forget the
good things he does for me.
3 He forgives all my
sins
and heals all my
diseases.
4 He redeems me from
death
and crowns me with love
and tender mercies.
5 He fills my life with
good things.
My youth is renewed
like the eagle's!
The lord indeed is worthy of our praise and worship. If you are a child of God then you
will attest to the fact that the lord has indeed been good to you.
The lord has
brought you into this first day of December 2012 for a purpose.
In the
History of the world there has never been a day like today and there will never
again be such a day like today.
It is your responsibly
to make the best out of today and make sure that the name of the lord is
glorified in this day and through your life.
Today’s
scripture says that it is the Lord who forgives our sins and heals our diseases.
One thing I need you to know about sin today is that it is not just
disobedience against the will of God; sin is a transgression against the law of
Spiritual life. When you sin, you are doing harm to your spirit by bringing
death to yourself because the wages of sin is death. So apart from the fact that our sins grieve
God, intricate to the phenomenon of sin is its stinging nature against your
soul that severs it from spiritual life. God goes out of His way to forgive and
heal this when we repent.
If sin were
so easy to deal with Jesus Christ would not have to come and die on the cross
to atone for it, God would have just simply needed to declare us forgiven and
that would be it.
As you Go
into this new month I want you to go remembering that it is the lord who redeems
your life from death and fills your life with good things. That is exactly what
the lord wants to do for you this month and beyond.

Prayer:
thank you my dear father for bringing me into this month of December. I pray
that your love and mercies with which you have crowned me will continue to
abound in my life this month and beyond. Father I pray that I will bring glory
to your name this month in Jesus name. Amen.
